Underside Restorations
Many Aston Martins do not require a full restoration. Frequently the paint, interior and other aspects of the car are fine. The major problems are usually with the chassis being corroded or having lost its protection which causes rusting. Our solution is a complete underside restoration backed with a 20 year guarantee. Typically, this will cost around £20,000.
This process involves taking the engines and gear box out, a complete strip of underside fittings including exhaust, cables, suspension, brakes, panels and shields etc and removal of all underseal and coatings. The chassis repaired as necessary usually to sills, suspension and jacking points. The entire chassis is protected with rust neutraliser, zinc primers a high quality underseal and finally with all voids WaxOyled. The engine and all the Aston Martin's removed parts are appropriately cleaned, painted, overhauled or renewed prior to refitting.
Full Restorations

It doesn't take much to keep us busy so there is never any pressure or obligation, but some valuable information will be gained by just dropping in for a coffee or picking up the phone.
Modification
Whilst we carry out modifications on the suspension, brakes and perform engine upgrades, Alec specialises in tailoring your Aston Martin to your needs. We are able to set up individual diving seat positions with complimentary pedal angles.
We convert Lagonda dashboards to analogue gauges. The electric fan conversions on the early David Brown cars are also popular for the owner who wants to avoid the engine overheating. We offer tunnel insulation to keep the heat from the engine getting into the cockpit. If there is something spoiling your ownership, speak to Alec.
Servicing
Servicing Aston Martin cars requires outstanding knowledge, tools that are up to the job and correct practises. This is not always the case elsewhere.
